Jacqueline Fernandez : Initial Career

















Having come to Mumbai for a modeling contract; Jacqueline Fernandez landed on Bollywood. Hindi movie Aladin (2009) was her debut movie which was directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The movie contained well known Indian stars such as Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, and Ritesh Deshmukh. Having played the
character of Jasmine in Aladin, Jacqueline acted as a new college girl who had come from America. Her first film was a success.

In 2010, Milap Zaveri decided to take her in his directorial debut movie Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai. In the movie, Jacqueline played the role of an alien coming to the earth in search of love; opposite to her co-star of Aladin, Ritesh Deshmukh.

Farah Khan, the well-known Bollywood director guest-starred in the movie Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai and director Milap Zaveri recommended Jacqueline Fernandez to her. She thus received the chance to make a cameo appearance in the song 'Dhanno' in the movie called Housefull (2010); and the song was a big success. The director of this movie was Sajid Khan, the younger brother of Farah Khan.
